Purpose of the discipline: familiarizing students with the main theoretical provisions of the International Law science; promoting the development of a scientific worldview and creative thinking in mastering the basics of the international law in action and providing students with practical skills in working with international legal sources, their analysis of the International Criminal Courts decisions.
